    Would love to say I’m maintaining my health but I’m probably not doing as much as I should. I did get some Yoga Zone videos are started morning yoga. Sometimes stretching is enough to get me out of a bad mood and loosen up the tension.

    • I hear ya. I’m trying to find ways to fit (aka cram) little bits of fitness in between the other things that fill my busy days! Celebrate every small victory, right?
